Kenes (Kenges) Rakishev is one of the most influential people in Kazakhstan. Kenes is also a respected former special envoy to the government of Kazakhstan. He represented the Kazakhstan with complicated issues in Chechnya before the war with the Ukraine, attended on behalf of president of Kazakhstan visiting delegations in the United States.
Rakishev saved the corruption riddled bank from bankruptcy and oversaw the recovery of assets stolen from the Kazakhstan Mukhtar Ablayzov in what experts call the biggest bank fraud in modern history. Following a three-week trial, a jury of four men and four women in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York ruled against Mukhtar Ablyazov.
Kenes Rakishev, former special envoy of the Kazakh government and current chairman of Fincraft Resources signed a memorandum of understanding, as well as a shareholder agreement with the Indian holding Monnet Group on the establishment of a joint venture in Kazakhstan for the production of ferroalloys. The company was named TB Alloys Kazakh Limited. The new plant is planned to be located in the industrial zone of the Taraz city. The company has already started pre-project work.

ASBC’s bylaws elect only one Vice President. This position is elected – the election comes from the members of the Board of Directors, and as a president is elected for four years. The Vice President acts as the head of ASBC in his absence, automatically joins the Board of this organization, consisting of the President, Vice President and three members of the Board of Directors.
